I am desperately looking for my perfect University. I want to study Physics (and other sciences) in a metropole. My SAT Scores are not that good (about 680 in Math) So I am looking for Universities, which are one level under ivy league.

There are a lot. What you should do is go to the US News Rankings and take a list of the top 100 schools and then individually go to their website and check their physics departments.

That may be a lot of work, but it will get you the information you need. And in the end you will wind up with some really good schools that are just what you want.

Some that I think you should look at are Worcester Polytech in Massachusetts, Pace in NY, U of Arizona, NC State in Raleigh, U Miami, U South Florida, U Florida, U Maryland, Rutgers in NJ, Georgia Tech, Renssalaer (spel?), Rochestre Institu of Tech, Northeastern in Boston.
