drawing on felt?

i was wondering what is the best pen or paint to draw on black felt with as ive jus build a poker table.

Try fabric paint found in stores like Michaels

It is hard to draw on felt! You will need something that won't just soak down into the fabric. I would think tape strips might work, and/or paint using stencils. There are paint pens that you can buy that might help, also.
