i don't think there is one for cell phones yet unless you pay for it....i have tried looking it up and i couldn't find one!!!!

The best (free) that I've found will only give the company that the prefix is assigned to. Otherwise, there's plenty of sites out there that you can get the info for a fee.

YOU CAN'T BUT FOR A FEE THERE IS A PLACE TO FIND IT BUT IS ONLY FOR LICENSED PERSONNEL.
