I suppose that all can be analyzed but you must know the spectroscopic data (wavelength of absorption and emission)

Only the ones that have colors could be analyzed by visible spectroscopy (yeah, I know it's obvious). The problem is that I don't remember which ones they are xD. And I think they should be in a relatively high concentration, for trace amounts would require a more sensitive method.
