Because majority people like that colour

Mainly because when a World car is showcased, it is obviously been shot at by media presons and other professional photographers. They in turn edit those pictures into wallpapers and screensavers and such other things. So manufacturers have this in mind and mostly their world cars are painted in red. Also to show off to rival car makers about their latest beauty because Red denotes-DANGER!
