If you mean a place like a Sea Life Centre where dolphins are kept, the answer is No. There are Dolphins all around our Coast, off the coasts of Wales, Scotland etc and the only way your girlfriend would be able to swim with these Dolphins is if she happened to be out swimming in the Sea. As the Dolphins swim offshore and not in the shallow coastal waters, it would not be a good idea. The best thing you can do is to start saving for a trip to Florida and pay for her to swim with the Dolphins at Orlando.

Forget doing it in the sea around Britain. Far too cold!
Your best bet is to enquire at a sea life centre.
There are plenty dotted about the country.
Google sea life centres.
