If you want it to look like a news paper use three columns and embed the pictures into it like that. Use catchy topic headings. If you want to you can make text boxes in ten pt times new roman and over lap them. Use a charcoal or not quite black font colour and layer them over the top of each other at different angles, then a big bold Arial or plain font to write the heading in true black. Microsoft clipart may have some good free pictures you can use
