Hi Fortsuncle,
I remember thinking at the time this movie came out how much I liked her work but had read how heartbreaking "Requiem For A Dream" was, I couldn't bear to see it.
I have never been a big fan of seeing drug use on television or the movies.
I loved her in "House of Sand and Fog" and "A Beautiful Mind" though.

* Requiem For a Dream (2000)
Evoking the inner landscape of human beings longing to connect, to love and feel loved, is this parable of happiness gloriously found and tragically lost. Parallel stories are linked by the relationship between the lonely, widowed Sara Goldfard and her sweet but aimless son, Harry.
