Depending on where u live u could shovel neighbor's snow for them. If u have video systems or games u don't play anymore u could sell them. If you don't end up getting money just remember its not what kind of gift u get people, it's the thought u put into it. It's pretty bad that it has gotten to the point that even a 14 year old seems stressed by the fact Christmas is coming, and how will they buy gifts. You can do handmade gifts for people that costs very little money. When my daughter was your age she wrote me a poem, put it in a frame (which cost her $1 from the dollar store) and believe me it was the best gift I have recieved so far. Hope u have a great Christmas.

I would check with your neighbors and see if any of them need some chores done. IT is possible to rake leaves, assist in cleaning, help shovel snow, clean out a basement or attic as long as your parents are aware of where you are and what you are doing... I used to sell Christmas Cards but that must be done much earlier in the season. I also worked in my parent's business. There are generally a number of small businessplaces that want the same kinds of things done that I mentioned earlier. You might check with them also and let them know that you would accept cash if they are willing to do so. I hope that this helps. It is possible to save money by making some of the gifts for the younger children. Have a great holiday!

babysit, dogwalk....you can also get a work permit from your current high school with your parents permission that allows you to work at some places (refer to your career center for details and listings of job openings that are good for 14 year olds). Also, you could maybe work at the library or make money online selling stuff. Try putting up a garage sale at your house selling all your old stuff.

Great question! I pay my 15 year old daughter to do chores around the house. Not chores that are a part of what she should be doing, but things that I don't get a chance to do because I'm busy working or otherwise occupied. It may be the vacuuming, the dusting, laundry, keeping the bathrooms cleaned, keeping the yard free of trash and debris. Things like keeping her room cleaned and picking up behind her pet cat are all things that she should be doing normally, and she doesn't get paid for them. Talk to your parents and see if you can strike a deal. i don not pay my daughter if all things are not done properly and to my satisfaction.

You could go work as a receptionist or something like that, or just get day jobs with a fast food chain that needs last minute staff for a reason or another.
