If they work, they all work. If they don't, they all don't. Working is not related to anything in particular (temperature outside, if the car has been running for a while or not). Sometimes they won't be working and come on by 'magic'.

I'd appreciate any thoughts before I take it to the dealer....THANKS

Yes, can think of one thing that is easy to try yourself before taking to shop. Check all the "fuseable" links near the fuse box. They can be jiggled and moved around and sometimes stop working. What they are are not regular fuses, but are under the hood near the fuse box and are pieces of special wire about a foot or less long and different colors that splice into the wiring harness as the main wires go to the fuse box. Most of these send power to more than one set of items and if one is bad it can give intermittent service. Lots of Chryslers have this trouble and dates back to the 80's for some reason even though the cars are much different nowdays. These wires are designed to "blow" inside to prevent major short in the wiring and fire, etc. However certain overloads aren't enough to actually "blow" them and they can simply partially melt and make poor contact. If you are still not sure where to find them ask somebody local that knows. If you find one that is either not carrying current, or does so off and on as you wiggle it then that one can be cut out and replaced with identical one. Dealer stocks these and also if you know the amperage "stamped on the insulation" you can also get them at auto parts stores as well. Cheap and only a few minutes to change.

trade it in now.. you don't want to pay for a mechanic to trace this down. take the fuse out, pop it so when the car dealer inspects it they will put a fuse in it and give it the green light.. just trade it in where you can get the best deal and don't buy chrysler they are known for elec probs

loose wires / connections = intermittent shorts. someone will have to trace out the wiring, either you or someone you pay.
