The pain goes from my lower bacy to the front where it feels like I'm cramping and then down my legs, it is a sherp yet dull pain. It started yesterday and is getting worse this morning, is this something I should call my OB-GYN about or will it gor away on its own? Its so painful I can bearly walk and I can't stand up straight.

Sounds like the sciatic nerve. Possibly the baby is putting pressure on it and causing the pain. If you think in the slightest that these could be contractions get your bootie to the doctor!

Cramping can be many things....although not likely the weight of the baby at 14 weeks. Call your doctor.

That is natural. Don't worry. It's common, it happens to all pregnant women. But it may be and a complication. I had the same little pains and it wasn't anything. But it varies from woman to woman. So, go to your gynecologist.

i think it might be because of the weight of the baby but you might want to call the doctor to be better safe than sorry. there is never too much worrying in the case of a baby.
