It is too early for me to take a pregnancy test. Me an my partner have been trying to concieve 4 just over a week. I know my partner has strong swimmers as I fell pregnant with our son 4 yrs ago as soon as we stopped using contraception. We started having unprotected sex 26th Nov, next day was last day of my period. From 28th Nov onwards I have felt sick on and off and tired and my boobs feel heavy from time to time and nipples are sensitive. On Sun 3rd Dec I woke up with sharp pain in left side of abdomen and the pain went straight through to my back, this lasted several hours. I also feel quite bloated. As I said its far too early for a test, my period is due 20th Dec and the most sensitive test I have come across is one that I can do 4 days before my period is due.I just want some opinions. Could I have got pregnant towards the end of my period?Ive read that a woman is most likely to get pregnant about 14 days after a period but my son was concieved about a week after a period.

Depends on how long your cycles are. It is totally possible. If you are feeling the symptoms of pregnancy go buy a 2 pack of tests and try one with first morning's urine. If it is neg. then wait a couple weeks and try with the other one.

There is no way to know if you are pregnant or not. Sure, those symptoms could indicate pregnancy, or they could be due to something else, or they could totally be in your head.

My son was a first try baby and I felt nothing, in fact I thought my period was coming. My daughter was a two years of trying baby and in the beginning I was always SURE I felt all kinds of stuff, only to get my period. When I was finally pregnant NOTHING!!!!!!

But, other women feel all kinds of stuff.

The pain you describe sounds more like an ovarian cyst or ovulation.

You are most likely to get pregnant when you ovulate which is most likely in the middle of your cycles....usually day 14, but it can be anywhere between day 12 and 16, or even further off the norm.

Sperm can live in the body for up to 5 days, so you can get pregnant anytime....also your body can throw a change in patterns every once in a while.

Good luck!

I hate to say it, but you are absolutely 100% not pregnant right now. Although every woman's cycle is different, the length in time in which it differs are in the number of days before ovulation. In the number of days that come after ovulation, every single healthy woman on Earth experiences 11-16 days before her period (I think the average is 12/13). That means that the earliest during your cycle that you can ovulate is today (the 4th--20th-16) and the latest is the 9th.
A woman becomes fertile as early as six days before she ovulates--so you certainly could have been sexually active and fertile and will actually conceive some time today--depending on your cycle.
I wish you and your family the best of luck. Children are one of God's greatest blessings!!!

It just depends on your body! If you conceived your son after your period then I would say your chances of that again are higher then the normal.

If your sure of the date you conceived this go round then you can test 14 days after that date. Or you can wait till your period comes.

Dollar tree tests work just as good as the 15 dollar tests so I would try to go that route!

Possibly. Probably best to wait until your next period is due, and if nothing, then do a pregnancy test. Good luck
