I am American. No, America is not the only superpower. China, Britain, and even India. The world is catching up to the USA. And though I do not always agree with the foreign policy of the USA. Though I agree with the War on Terror. I am a voting American and I can change things.
As for the world being destroyed: Naaa. America does not have a military large enough to take over the world. Besides half the Americans will not even buck up and go fight in Iraq. Whining about a "draft". So, you see. America can not field an army large enough even with a draft. People would run away in fear of war.

The "King who wore no clothes"
30% of their population live below the poverty (income ) level, are poorly educated and most of live in trailer parks.

It would be better if they tried to clean up their own gun-ridden streets first before trying to invade other countries and impose their own concepts of money based democracy. The same applies to Britain.
