No; the two technologies are incompatible on the same line.

The reason DSL works with regular phone service is that your phone service is analog and your DSL is digital - the two can share the same physical wire (phone with electrical wave signals, DSL with digital pulses). You cannot place two different digital signals on one wire - they would scramble each other.
