Do you keep up with the gossip in your office?

I try not to. I'd rather just mind my own business and would prefer that everyone stay out of my business.

I'd rather not hear it. It just makes me look at the gossipers with less respect. Gossip is just a way to boost yourself up by belittleing others. It makes you appear less self confident and puts you in poor light of people who don't appreciate gossip.

Hey Blue darlin..well since I work with family I try not to do all that nonsense...there are a lot of repercussions in many directions and it does no good...been there done that don't wanna go back...a positive outlook serves you well in many different arenas including the work environment.

no way. i worked in an office where gossip was rampant. it was horrible.,...ppl going behind other ppls back. i can only imagine what was said about me...and some of it got back to me. glad i left and that my new job has more respectable co-workers

i would perfer not hear the most of it, i am management in a store and i think thats where most of my gray hair has come from, all the gossip and argueing through co-workers....

It kind of doesn't matter whether or not you want to know, cause you hear it anyways. I work with mostly women and you know how catty we can be!

I keep up with it. I think you have to, being out of the loop sucks.

personally id rather not hear it because it's bull ****. there is so much going on in my office it's just to much to handle. damn them all to hell. ****!
