It happens to drivers too, when they are not on the wheel. Keep asking air hostesses for some extra shots

The make sure that when you travel, you are always the one flying the aircraft. This is highly improbable though, so perhaps you can just get an ipod video, load your laptop with lots of videos and an extra battery, breathe into a paper bag when all your videos are consumed or your battery is dead, and avoid transatlantic flights. Phobias are not really rational, but they happen. You can also try analyzing the situation and trust the pilot, as much as you trust yourself.

Ok...you know how when you are younger and you think your parents driving is really safe....and then when you get your licence and you drive for years...you realise that they actually arent that good. I know, occasionally I feel tired.while driving an yet I still push on......knowing this and also knowing it is possible that other people are doing this makes you feel less safe.... I think it is because you know what it takes to be a pilot and you know the risks that can sometimes be taken.....

EES scared yoo? I scare, plane is scare me! You're not scare, and you're not a pilot. Pilot's are extremely intelligent, and can form sentences. You're a mental patient.

your sacred cause your not in control ..i was a dental nurse for 5 years but am terrified of going to the dentist as a patient !!

I would think pilots could spell better and articulate sentences.

same me when somebody is driving my car...you like to have everything under control! may be speak with you colleague before to seee that he is as skillfull as you, and if he isnt, just take medecine to relax
