No. He won't. He started out with some enthusiasm about it but has now back away and will strongly reject any suggestion to reduce troops.
PS: To the answerer who said he already has taken steps to comply with this report. This, IMHO, is completely inaccurate. The release will be released on Wednesday. He cannot respond publicly or do anything publicly until then, no matter how much of the report is leaked in advance.

No, he wants genocide of the Iraqi people and to kill even more of our troops in the process. He can't even reply or return the president of Irans first letter never mind listen to other Iraqis recommendations.So i think he's already sealed his fate for the future and this country new world order is right.
