If I'm stranded on an uninhabited island without contact with the outside world totally submerged in deep depression the only song I wish I could play on my ipod would be LOVE GENERATION - Bob Sinclar. A timeless masterpiece . A great ' feel good ' happy song with positive spirituality unlike any other. If you have a bad day, LOVE GENERATION would be right tonic to cheer you up. Its infectious uplifting mood generates nothing but love. If there is no love there will be no more generation. And if there is no generation, then will no longer be any love . So for the sake of generations to come lets there be LOVE GENERATION

Angel by Within Temptation......Something by Melissa Etheridge, or Alainis Morrissette.....and i play it loud.....i soon get rid of the depression....
read the lyrics for Angel....you'll soon see why im able to get rid of the depression.
Sparkling angel
I believe
You are my saviour
In my time of need
Blinded by faith
I couldn't hear
All the whispers
The warning's so clear
I see the angels
I'll lead them to your door
There is no escape now
Now mercy no more
No remorse 'cause I still remember
The smile when you tore me apart
[Chorus:]
You took my heart
Deceived me right from the start
You showed me dreams
I wished they'd turn to real
You broke the promise
And made me realise
It was all just a lie
Sparkling angel
Couldn't see
Your dark intensions
Your feelings for me
Fallen angel
Tell me why?
What is the reason?
The thorn in your eye
I see the angels
I'll lead them to your door
There is no escape now
No mercy no more
No remorse 'cause I still remember
The smile when you tore me apart
[Chorus]
Could have been forever
Now we have reached the end
This world may have failed you
It doesn't give the reason why
You could have chosen
A different path of life
The smile when you tore me apart
[Chorus:]
You took my heart
Deceived me right from the start
You showed me dreams
I wished they'd turn in to real
You broke a promise
And made me realise
It was all just a lie
Could have been forever
Now we have reached the end

Don't have a particular favorite, more a type or style: I like to listen to Celtic music, I find it very soothing regardless of the tempo. If I want a good cry, then folk music is the way to go for me.

"Karma killer" by Robbie Williams. In it, he holds a note for approximately 30 seconds, and no matter how much I try, I can't. In the end I end up laughing and it does make me feel better slowly.
