Currently, there are no viruses written for the J2ME environment - so, the answer to your question is "no".

However, it is perfectly possible to write a J2ME virus. Furthermore, there are already two known J2ME Trojan horses. So, if you meant to ask whether Java-only phones *can* be affected by mobile malware, the answer is "yes".

Unfortunately, to the best of my knowledge, currently there is no anti-virus software written in J2ME - so, if your phone is a Java-only phone (i.e., doesn't have Symbian, PalmOS or Windows Mobile operating system), you can't get an anti-virus program for it.
