Hey, I love seeing Hollywood Liberals drunk, gibbering unintelligibly and drooling on themselves as they rant against Bush. It really exposes them for what they are.

Wrong or right has nothing to do with this.

How much credibility to you put into a drunk's ramblings? This seems like another convenient excuse for faux outrage.

Do I have a problem with what he said? Not particularly. Do I give it any weight because of the conditions under which it was delivered? No.

Do I take anything seriously that comes from that bastion of policy analysis that is "the View?"

The sad thing is when people like O'Reilly, Hannity, Savage, Bozell, Malkin, Coulter and Limbaugh make less sense when they are (supposedly) sober.

Oh? Should he do it only in his closet at night, under the dirty underwear? Should we ask him to pay Bush for his pain and suffering? How much will a retired judge give him? Or perhaps he can talk with a rabbi (and he isn't even Jewish) and receive a nonexistent pass for his sin? Then he can release a movie called "Apocalypso".He may have been hung over, but I don't think he was drunk. He just isn't that important a figure, but he is entitled to his views. Why are all he neocons so insistent that we never utter a bad word about the Prez just because we are at war? Go back and read the papers during Johnsons, Nixons, and Roosevelts wars and try to figure out where this nonsense came from.

A celebrity who goes on a show a bit drunk makes a fool out of himself. Celebrities have a public image, and a responsibility to live up to some sort of higher standard. Being drunk to any degree drops them down to the level of a street bum.

Who takes stock on what someone who is intoxicated says? The majority of actors are for the libral party. NOT ALL Britney Spears is Republican. I guess bad behavior can happen no matter what party you belong to so can drunkeness.

Was DeVito right or wrong? He was drunk. He had diminished capacity for moral reflection or choice. Perhaps you should pray for God to forgive him for speaking his mind without inhibition.

Being drunk on a show makes you lose all credibility. Even if he said something intelligent (which he didn't), it would still be shadowed by the fact that he is drunk on national tv.

A man should not be drunk on TV. This is the "wrong", but based only on the standards of society.

An American has the right to free speech. To allow this right is "right".

A man's opinion is neither right nor wrong. It is his opinion.

A man's statement in matters of fact are judged on whether it is true or false. This judgment is not applicable in this case.

FINAL VERDICT: "Wrong" based on social values, in my opinion. If a "jury of his peers" (i.e., other Answerers) say it's ok in their opinion, then it may not be "wrong", but "ok".
