Hi dude ! dont hve to go in any nokia service dealer try login to www.ownskin.com it's totaly free u'll get to know how to create it's really very very easy out there even i create nokia themes from there just register in there for free ^_^ hope it's help

Hey,
Hi why do not you go to an authorised Nokia service centre in your town.And ask them to guide you to create themes in your mobile.They always have a trained Nokia engineer in their service centre.who will have knowledge with the hardware as well as software. And he will be Abel to guide you.
