Is there a reputable website (not EBAY) where I can buy individual cards? Also, do you have any recommendations on the best cards to buy? Thx.

www.toywiz.com is decent. I have used them for other gaming stuff. As it has been a very long time since I have played Pokemon I could not tell you what is good

Make me an offer and I will send you all my poke'mon cards that I bought a couple years ago. I have a lot of them. The holigraphic ones are more likely the valueable ones.
