Myself and a child-hood friend are wanting to move to Florida in about 4 months. We are looking for a city to move too thats not as busy as Miami, is very safe, and has plenty of jobs. Do you have any suggestions? We considered the Saint Augustine/Orlando Area. What are your thoughts?

i live in st augustine and its very nice if you're settled and in your 30s. BUT it is a very sleepy town and jobs that pay more than minimum wage are extremely scarce. you could try jacksonville, but it currently has one of the highest murder rates. i think tampa/st pete area would be the most fun and have a lot more job opportunities, plus its by the water

Tampa Bay area.
That's where I moved to and I am seeking work.
Some of the housing here is cheap, lots of jobs here, & it's a very nice area to live in.
