The sad side of it all is the fact that too many people are not intelligent enough to understand that they are not intelligent at all!!!

Sadly societies are not intelligent but by those who form them. We are not to intelligent on regular basis.

That the majority of the people have an education, i.e. read and write and know what is going on around them - awareness.
