If you call the police, as others have said, you will have social services involved. They are required to contact social services in such matters. It should not be too expensive to visit a lawyer and have him/her draft a letter informing your "EX" of your parental "RIGHTS". In most states the mother could easily be assigned full custody. I am sure that the right letter could be drafted and sent for under $100. Seeing your baby would easily be worth that and it should take place in a neutral place on a regular basis. Don't let him BULLY YOU out of those RIGHTS! I hope that this works out in your favor and I believe that it will!

Why won't he let you see your own child? Is he protecting the child from something you're doing, or is he just being mean?
If he is not protecting the child from something you're doing, then you should contact the police. There are laws, especially if there is no custody agreement. At the very least, you should also get an attorney and get a custody agreement to prevent this from happening again.

you need to get social services involved because that maybe the only way you will get your son back . Why dont you have him in the first place? were you trying to be nice to your ex? cant be nice to them honey you have to put the axe to them in these cases . If they want to play hardball then you do so as well. good luck and god bless and happy holidays.

Suggest you go to the town where he lives, notify the police and get him. I would then get something from the courts that sets up visitation AND child support.
Good Luck!

He is an ****, if you have custody, get the cops etc. If he's got custody, you need to talk about it and sort your life out.
