I personally much prefer any Splinter Cell game, especially Double Agent. I'm just not a fan of the Squad- based shooters. Pluss with Advanced Warfighter the controls are updated and cool and all but they are alot to think about when you're just trying to move 4 guys forward and complete a mission.

Ive got both for 360 and would have to go with Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter, dont know how different they are on regular XBOX but the story line on Ghost Recon and the grahicss are better. It is also more of a shooting game where Splinter Cell is a sneaking and covert game. Go with Ghost Recon for sure if you want good shooting game

I don't consider Splinter Cell a shooter. It is more of a stealth game. I do like GRAW, but I still think that for the regular XBOX, Halo 2 is the best shooter. For the 360, it is Gears of War.

Seeing as how Splinter Cell isn't a shooter, I'd have to say Ghost Recon. (Splinter Cell is a stealth action game, just happens to have guns in it)

I prefer Splinter Cell Double Agent because it is unique in its style and has a great storyline.

GRAW has different lamest recreation AI ever positioned right into a huge funds recreation, and splinter cellular shipped truly buggy so which think ofyou've got to receive a ton of patches to play it properly. i ought to bypass with Rainbow six vegas or wait untill GRAW 2 ships quickly. good luck!
