Is there software available to rip the layers in a pdf?

we need the background of our admaterial to use for banners but the text and other layers are always in the way.

sorry, u can not do those, bcoz it is converted in to JPEG or GIF. So u can't.

But try with some filters, u can create ur own backs.

Just ask for the material at your advertising company, maybe they can help you in making the banners too: then you'll have a professional layout...
