Almost all offer scholarships and grants. Take a look at US News and World Report's Top College issue (I think the reports are on line). Believe it or not, your best bet may be a small, private school. These intimate campuses often have the most scholarships to give out to a fewer number of students.

it all depends on your grades most offer scholarships if your grades are Good !
