I haven't seen your face yet. But I think what you need is a little bit of self-confidence... not plastic surgery!

I think 21 is very young for a facelift. Like everyone else said, you'll probably have to touch it up in 10 or 15 years...not something you should be doing in your mid-thirties. That's still younger than most typical facelift patients, I'd imagine. At 21, your skin is probably still really elastic and plump and, well, young! Where exactly is the problem...near your eyes, at your chin? If you're worried about your skin looking aged, perhaps you should just consider professional facials or a new skin regime. Or if anything cosmetic, maybe just some laser treatments, like photofacial or laser skin rejuvenation. Or microdermabrasion? These are services that firm up skin, correct blemishes, even out skin tone, stuff like that...stuff that a typical 21-yr-old might worry about (as opposed to sagging, aged skin). I understand that it can be so easy to overanalyze your face and skin and appearance, but really, you shouldn't let yourself to the point that you'd consider an expensive, invasive cosmetic surgery.

The most famous and reliable antiaging program on the web is called oldschoolnewbody by Steve and Becky Holman.
This system does not require a boatload on anti-aging drugs, supplements, or gimmick. They teach you how to reverse the aging process. There are specific ways to move, eat and think that tell your brain to stop the aging process and even slow it down. Id you want to know more you can check their site here http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=547

I think that would probably not be a good idea because you have to consider what kind of damage you might do to your face in 10, 20, and even 30 years from now. You better wait on that procedure until you really need it

Face Lift surgery has become very common now. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.
Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.
Many patients travel from United States of America and UK to get low cost surgery in India. Indian corporate hospitals are comparable to hospitals anywhere in the world. In fact, India has medical facilities that are comparable with the USA, UK and Canada. India offers World Class Medical Facilities, comparable with any of the western countries. India has state of the art Hospitals and the best medical experts. With the best infrastructure, the best possible Medical facilities, accompanied with the most competitive prices, you can get the treatment done in India at the lowest prices.

Ok, think of it this way. Face lifts are only guaranteed for a certain amount of years. Then gravity takes over and you're under the blade again. With each surgery, you have the danger of death while under anesthetic. How many surgeries do you want and how much money do you want to spend over your lifetime?
Do you really want to look like Joan Rivers?? ewww

You are too young to "lift" anything, unless you have recently lost a lot of weight, like over 80 pounds.
You might be a candidate for other kinds of plastic surgery, but a total 'face lift' wouldn't be done on you at this age. Any good surgeon wouldn't do it. A bad one might, just to take your money, but you wouldn't look any different.

Do it. If you feel like change and it is strong in your heart then be strong in your logical approach to the action. Find the good doctor and check him out and do it. Also, I'd have to see a pic of you to really be truthful about my answer. email me one if you wish, be well, Jack
