This will defiantly be the best game out of all the bowls, but not because it is the "real" National Championship. Fact is, nobody will be able to beat Ohio State...while MI deserves a rematch, they really did get screwed. BUT as football fans we will now be able to see the conselation game (Rose Bowl) which will be a dandy!! USC takes the early line (from Vegas) but I like this Michigan team to win.

Michigan will win! They got screwed as they did not loose any games the last two weeks. They lost to the #1 team and the SEC coaches voted the little team in the south to go. The reports were that Florida had a tougher schedule but every one they played were only ranked due to the coaches pole. The same ones that voted Florida to go. USC who did they play that was tough? Look how they are ranked #4 in one #6 & #8. The voteing in these poles need to change as well as the BCS.

ARE YOU ON CRACK? USC lost to TWO mediocre teams FROM THEIR OWN CONFERENCE! There's no freakity-freaking way they deserve a shot at #1. But for the Rose Bowls's sake, it will be a fabulous game with Michigan winning a close one, 17-16.

USC lost to 2 unranked teams... how could you possibly think their bowl game is the real national championship? I agree they are a great team, but come on... it'll be a great game since they are both powerhouses, and it'll be nice to see what the Trojans can do against the stout D of Michigan. I'd have to say Michigan wins, but it'll be close.

Even though USC / Michigan is the markee match-up this year, OSU/Fla is the national championship game.
The Rose Bowl again will have its TRADITIONAL BIG-10 / PAC-10 matchup. College football does not get any better than that.
Prediction - USC in a close one.

First off, we already witnessed the real National Championship game. It happened Nov. 18th when OSU beat michigan. There hasn't been a game to top it and there won't one to do so either.
michigan didn't get screwed. Florida had the toughest schedule in the entire NCAA and still came out with only one loss.
