The company is the most important to me. A cheap pub nosh with really good friends sticks in my memory for far longer than a posh dinner in friendless surroundings. In fact, I can rarely remember the meals I have had out ... it's always who I was with and how much I was laughing that sticks in my brain.

Good Pub Grub!
It comes in servings of more than a mouthful and can be enjoyed with an ale!
I'm not a posh sort really. I love the more common and comfortable things in life

Thats simple!!! Good pub grub..Why? You get more and it fills you up in just the right way. A la carte is damn pricey. You have to buy everything seperate. When it's good old fashioned pub grub you know your getting a meal that will last all day.

pub grub allways, i hate having to point at what somebody else is having in a posh eatery because i can't pronounce whats on the menu. but a good old dressed burger washed down with about 20 pints ya can't beat it. right thats breakfast; now for lunch. luckily i have my name and address sewn into my clothes so she can allways get me home.

I think it depends on teh occasion! You can't beat a great big meal but then again if you're celebrating something special or want to do something a bit different it is nice to splash out and go a la carte!
