can't access just one web page?

I downloaded a button from yahoo toolbox to enable saving ofweb pages. Now I can't access my web page, I've tried on a different computer no problem. I get a message asking if I wish to save the page, if I click yes and save, or cancel still can't access my web page.. I presume I have a bug. Can't find anything in add remove programs. ps I deleted the original button. Can anyone help pleae.

Switch over to Firefox or Opera.

When I have this problem I just keep hitting retry & sooner or later I get to the page that I wanna get into 2.Good Luck
