i think there is something more going on
most parks have terms for late payments with a late payment fine (like $50 for late payments )
and the eviction as a final act on the part of the park.
some parks have with continued late put a lien on the trailer.

Not a lot that you can do about that. At this point, you probably can't afford to NOT have a lawyer.

i am sorry that you are getting evicted.you need to look around in the phone book ads any place that you can find numbers to call.you can call them and tell what you have going on and tell you about what the price is.
