He died over a prescription drug overdose. They put a fake Elvis in his casket. That's why everyone thinks he's still alive.

Hate to burst your bubble but he really is deader than a doornail. I liked his music too but some people like his music so much they still want to believe that he is alive somewhere. If he was alive he would have died anyway the day that he found out that Lisa Marie (elvis's daughter) married Michael Jackson. Did you know that he actually died of a overdose while he was in the bathroom sitting on the toilet? Pretty disgusting isn't it.

yes he has passed on and i believe he did die from a drug overdose. but never the less his music still lives on

Of course he's not alive and yes it was said that he died of a drug overdose. One thing i know is he's dead and he's been dead for years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That guy is long dead. He died in the sixties from a massive heart attack. The heart attack was brought on from bad eating habits.
