I work on a team of 15 people .... 12 women and 3 men
and every day there some dumb idea to celebrate to .... and everyday there is something we need to buy to congratulate this or that person ... everyday I have to donate money for like some dumb thing like a 3 week anniversary of something or a kitten being born or well cooked steak they made.
I mean geeeeeez, I really love every single on of them .... but, can this get any more annoying???
How do I stop it w/o being rude???

Just go along with it....Its FUN!!!! What about when they are celebrating you? :) jk I'd be annoyed with that too..

I know exactly how you feel. Previous job I worked w/ all women...what a pain in the azzzz! Too much drama!!!!!! I remember one chick thought it would be "fun" to have a crazy pant day b/w all 3 offices...crazy for sure! Try to joke incognito...w/ alot of sarcasm; they'll get the hint sooner or later. Now I work majority of men...absolutely love it and they don't get offended in the mists of "inappropriate" convo's.

You for sure love your dogs and had to get those incidents off your chest. I experience that you're slightly apprehensive about what is going to ensue if this female comments you purely tell the reality. keep in ideas human beings say issues contained in the nice and cozy temperature of the on the spot yet haven't any purpose of ending up their danger. purely as some human beings do not get on with human beings, so too dogs won't be able to be envisioned to get on with the different dogs. My suggestion is to keep him on a lead till that is probability-free to allow him off. i'd also advise dogs coaching training with a view to socialize him with different dogs. reliable luck and attempt no longer to rigidity.

There isn't anything you can do about it. The only way around it is find yourself another job. It's pretty much the same thing at my workplace so you are not alone believe me.

Oh...don't be such a scrooge! Just politely say, you would rather not participate...or say your saving your money for seat on the Space Shuttle. That usually works for me!

Aarrgh!!! I am a woman and I think that that situation would annoy the hell out of me.....I would just start pretending that you have heaps more bills and can't afford it.

lol that's what happens at my friends workplace!!! women dont think its annoyin but i guess you can say you dont want to giv anythin, because there aint nuthin you can rilli do to stop it!
