Our basic instincts beget our passion, which varies with persons. Howbeit, sex is a the secondmost instinct after desire to survive. Perhaps, with an wish to make sex (unknowingly in subconscious mind) almost all men gaze ladies. To get rid of such useless passion is to reprogram the subconscious mind by repeated prayer, self hypnosis and regular meditation.

If you are aware of what is occupying Mind. Then you can also come out of that thought. Mind is nothing but collection thoughts. Awareness is the method of controlling or cleaning the Mind.
