Why do people always want some one with a degree or experience? Know why you cant find a good manager? Cuz the good managers don't have degree's or prior experience. The job is about managing people, the rest can be taught, but if you have no people skills then your doomed to fail. People skills can not be taught in school, they try but that doesn't work, best manager I ever had was uneducated but had awesome people skills, why does he not work for me any more, cuz he gain the needed experience and went else where for more money, and yes I wrote a great recommendation letter for him and he will always have a job if he wants it.
