Any extreme emotion can set off your tear ducts, not just being sad. Some people cry when they orgasm, some cry on their wedding day.

both laughing and crying are triggered in the body by the same parts that drive your emotions, so either way it ex spells your innermost feelings. The eyes are the windows to your soul, Opticians and Doctors can see inside your eyes as to your outward condition, so whether happy, or sad, you erupt in tears, of joy or sorrow.

When the body has such a build up of emotion, whether it be sadness, fear, or happiness, it has to release some of it's internal pressure. More often then not, that release comes in the form of tears.

The way I understand it, crying is part of a feedback loop. It's akin to vomiting, you are overwhelmed by a feeling and can only return to baseline *normal* when you are relieved. After crying, we tend to feel better, and back to normal.

its bcoz u are so happy to see it happen. it must be something u have been waiting for so long to happen.
u always wanted it to happen, na
some tell that its something concerned with the muscles.
but i believe its something of mind and feelings
