Many Asians' eyes have a epicanthal fold. This is a skin fold on the upper eyelid and gives a "slanted" appearance in relation to Caucasian eyes for example.

It is believed to have evolved in inhabitants of extremely cold regions (the Eurasian Arctic, northern Scandinavia) as a defence against extreme cold and winds.

Environmental conditions. Wind, sun, rain, and snow are very strong environmental conditions that would effect the eyes, eyebrow and eyelashes. To a lesser extent, things like branches at eye level will also do this. Also attractiveness to the opposite sex, but this is usually tied in with survival (ie best survival equals most attractive).

Weather conditions. All humans originated from Africa. We had the same eyes and noses, etc. However, we adapted depending on where we lived over cneturies. Cold weather, for example, caused eyes to develop a more protective lid.

if u are asking the differnce between an animal and an human then i think i can ans u. well if a person looses an eye he can survive coz he earn bread in many other ways but in animals it aint so it depends on their habitat and prey like if an eagle looses an eye it will surely die so it has evolved in such a way that it can see everything with perfect clarity so it varies frm animal to animal but in humans it is 99.9% same to rest of us.

Scary looking eyes scare off preys. And googly looking eyes signal that it is dumb person.
