Its all in the mind: that's so true. Depression is a reflection of bad thoughts and uncontrollable emotion, not if its medical depression. The way you train your brain makes the difference, but the training take some time. Training your brain can change your life. Good thoughts, good deeds & good future. Pray, its works all the time.

Depending on your age, you can always keep the mind very happy and peaceful. If you are in teens, don't be in hurry to fulfil unachievable materialistic pleasures!! If you are between 20-40 take things easy and be content with what you get. If you are 40 and above, then also enjoy a peaceful life and peaceful life brings very happy mind. CONTENTMENT at every stage in one's life is answer to be very happy and peaceful. Achievements in life always take PRIORITY but CONTENTMENT can give peaceful mind and happiness.

Mind is an interesting creation of Nature. For, it is not an organ, neither it is the physical movement of an organ in the body. Mind is a collection of thoughts. If there is no thought,there is no mind. Thought itself is the outcome of experience or imagination. In fact the real happiness can be obtained when mind is at peace without thoughts. Restraining birth of thought will lead to peace of mind. Meditation is one of the methods of practising this. With proper guidance we can practise Meditation.

To keep the mind happy and peaceful u should try medition ..
just breath in and out whenever ur deperate or angry.
try to relax trying to stop thinking jsut lay still if u cannot stop thoughts try to think about happy things , just lay down on your back with your body relaxed , eyes cloesd and felling no stres at all .
think that u r in the best part of the life and start beliving yourself .
U KNOW U CAN DO ANYTHING BECAUSE HUMANS ARE MADE TO ACCOMPLISH THE IMMPOSSIBLE JUST BELIVE YOURSELVES.
try helping others this is Gods work and way to peace..!!!!

Relaxation is a good start, then try and relive happy memories when negative thoughts come into your head. the more positive you are the more happier you'll become in your outlook and you will get that inner peace one so desperately needs.

Meditation, matras, yogic breathing exercises, relaxation exercises, stay out of bad relationships. Make enough money. Plan ahead. Don't watch TV. Look at the sky and the trees. Eat moderately. Eat a lot of different vegetables. One B vitamin a day. Moderate sex. Moderate everything.

don't expect too much from anyone, 'coz when expectations are not fulfilled, it really hurts........... so the way to be happy and lead a peaceful life is just live the life as it comes to you, stop judging people or yourself and don't expect anybody to do something for you..........
