Compared to the time it takes for a mountain to be weathered away to nothing - or for a star to be be born and then ide, Yes, life is but a twinkle in the eye.
Compared to how long it takes for me to eat a marshmallow, no, life lasts an awfully long time.
Sorry, if you had asked a slightlymore qualified question, I would have tried to give a slightly more meaningful answer.

Yes, in some aspects because many who live a full and rewarding life and have many things they want to achieve, there don't seem to be enough hours in the day to accomplish these things, whereas people who are content to sit on their backsides all day watching tv must seem life is one long drag, it all depends on what outlook you have on life. Are you a doer or a stick in the mud.?

Life is as long as you let it be. Sometimes in life we have no choice of the length, health dependant. To psychologically live a happy fulfilled life at any length will always be considered anything more then short. The length of ones life is usually measured by there desire to live life to the fullest and get as much as you can out of it. Life is not always measured by length, but can be measured by ones involvment and desire to live. I hope you're getting the most out of your life. p.s. excercise and proper diet will always add years to your life and life to your years...

Life is what you make of it. Live each day like it could be your last. So as they say, never put off til tomorrow what you can accomplish today.

When you are young, life seems an eternity. But as you get older it seems to shrink, until by the time you are old it feels very brief.
