It's their car, why shouldn't they have it back ?
How is she a lovely person?
I thought she was having affairs left right and centre with sportsmen, rich men, and even her staff
Hardly worthy of honour that is it?
All the while she used the media to her own ends
I feel it was all a little distasteful from start to finish
Sorry if i seem a little heartless but I feel she pulled the wool over everybody's eyes and was not a nice person underneath

I think he is a bit sick. However, normally the rules are that you can either have the car back or accept the insurers write off valuation and take the money.
Why should this be any different, he is saying he doesn't agree with the valuation from the insurer and wants the car back, just as you could if your car was in an accident.

I'm not saying I agree with him.

What a vile person to want to make money selling the death car as a souvenir!! Equally disgusting is the people that would buy it. Let the poor woman rest!!

i was going to ask the same question myself, i am shocked that anyone would want it! It is a strange concept that people might want to see it in a museum...i wouldn't want to.

I suppose it is the property of somebody, so in the end he can do what he likes with it, pretty sick thing wanting to profit from the horrific death of two people, but i don't suppose anyone can stop him, it is his property and if some sicko wants to buy it then they probably are within their rights to do so.

There are a lot of gross people around, look at the amount of people who saw the exhibition by that doctor which consisted of dead, mumified-ish people with their skin off etc. sick.

What the hell kind of question is that? I hope you don't wear the uniform in real life. We have enuff thieves in blue out there finding stupid ways to justify their evil acts. Why not just say it straight out? Its ok for you to steal someone's car because you wear the blue, but for the rest of us its not right to take someone's property and not give it back.

You can't stop him, but any decent person would take the insurance money.
Its the sick people who will bid lots of money for it and the sick people who will pay to go and look at it who are the problem.

The owner should get it back simply because he/she paid for it when it was new and it belongs to them. At the very least they should be compensated for it's value.
