you shouldn't think that way, months don't have any thing to do with what people feel.
maybe you have some problems or you feel lonely but i promise you if you think positive, you will find December a beautiful month.
disasters happen all the times not even every month but every minute
try to find some thing or some body to Cheer you up and you will find that December is cool

All these happenings that have you depressed are inevitable, its just nature taking its toll. For most people, December signifies festivities, Christmas, carols, gift-giving, family, close ties, and all joyous events related to the season. So, what would you rather be, sad or happy???

Yes, there are many reasons to look around and become depressed. There is war, natural disasters and disease throughout the world. Having said that, you need to look around you and see all that is good as well and be thankful for who you are and what you have. I look around and see my beautiful wife and children and I am truly thankful for them. This reminds me to be happy and appreciative and at the same time, it reminds me to extend a helping hand to those in need.

I'm sorry you're sad.
December is one of the happiest months of the year for me! Ski season swings in to full gear, Christmas is around the corner, etc... :D
January and February are a different story, however.

The highest rate of suicide is in December. To everyone who is depressed please please talk to your family doctor. Last night in Toronto, canada where I lived a mother and her 5 year jumped off a bridge. They were just in walmart shopping. Very very very sad. I wish that woman reached out to someone, like a doctor, nurse, councellor anybody. Stay out of the malls if your feeling depressed , walk, exercise, volunteer, help out at an animal shelter. DO something

its because december is really overrated and grates on people. its also stressful for some people ( such as chefs) who get rediculously busy in december and have to run about doing twice as much work as the rest of the year. then they run out of waitresses and have to hire agency staff from sheffield who are completely rubbish and make you want to tear your hair out so i feel sorry for chefs at this time of year as i have part time chef work and it drives me mad so makes me miserable.
well thats an excuse for one profesion to be misserable.
also students are grumpy as the christams holidays get shorter every year which upsets up we like out time off ( i know its more than employed people but general;ly students are lazy =p)

yup... it must be because since Christmas is coming, there's a kinda balance... so since x-mas is a HAPPY day, they balance it with horrible events... two of my relatives were assassinated on a december night 9 years ago... and this december, one of my best friends in the world is moving and there's nothing we can do about it... December sucks sometimes... Depressing December.

I don't like winter and fogs and cold, so the whole season is sad for me.
