Try working with a travel agent who specializes in searching for consolidated fares, whose fares tend to be off the system.
I tried many times to search for my own fares to the Philippines on the Internet, but I'd rather let the experts do it who have access to info I can't be bothered to search on my own time.

Philippine Airlines could have it but has no direct flight from Seattle. You have to settle with available american airlines.

i am also looking for best rates- but for 1st time-I am going to rely on travel agent-maybe $100 extra dollars-for their services
