Clerks, hands down.
I think that Jay and Bob have so much more comedic impact when they're not the focal points of the movie. Their little bits in Clerks were just GOLD.

Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back. There were some lame parts to it, but overall, it's the bomb.
Followed by, Mallrats and then Clerks. I thought Clerks 2 was good, but he lost me at the dance scene. Never really liked Chasing Amy all that much, and he failed on his other movies.
