Is artemia revolution (shelless shrimp eggs for fish) expensive?

I really need them and I do not like standard brineshrimp eggs

They aren't particularly expensive. Usually 15$ for a whole lot of larvae, or a couple bucks for a smaller amount.

The packages of brine shrimp are not expensive. then you just follow the instructions above to take the shells off!
