there is one PC in my office and we try to change the network ID for this PC..when we try to copy all the documents in the original folder..suprisingly the folder are empty and all document were gone..at last we found the original document in the temp folder.. after we copy all the documents into the new file..another problem occur..all the files are corrupt..not even one file can be open..is it because of virus attack or what? what should we do to prevent this to happen again?

You need to protect your computer with some good virus protection. It sounds like you may need to get someone to check out your computer, and then protect it for future problems.

u dont have AV, Firewall, Antispyware programs. get and scan. lost is lost.


You can get AVG, ZoneAlarm and many reputed antivirus and antiSpyware
firewall software....can purchase or for free... visit.....

yes it is virus run some anti virus program in safe mode
