I think the taste of Hollywood is more of the whole package type, the one who can sing, dance and show some skin. But Filipino singers focus on their voices and therefore excel really great on it, the thing is, it's not for the Hollywood market. Yeah I agree they are very talented and are much more talented than the Jessica Simpsons and Beyonces, but let's remember there is a Cassie Ventura, Nicole Scherzinger and Apl de Ap and the newbie Vanessa Hudgens who is doing well. I think it's a great start for Filipinos to be recognized as an international artist.
Just don't include Manny Pacquiao on the list...hahaah!

That's b/coz Hollywood celebs doesn't like Asians, They discriminate all the asians! And that's the nastiest thing to do of a celeb!
