Okay get a job and get your life together, meet friends at clubs AND THEN meet chicks so you've got some people to hang with.

1. get a job, what ever it is, McDonalds/Car wash/Pick up Thrash/Walmart.... there is no job that is less dignified. Work is worship, worship is work. this will get you out of the box and make you think less of your appearence, confidence.... remember idle mind is a devil's workshop...
2. try not to think of chasing women for a while.. talk to girls without pre concieved notion of going out with them
3. there must be something great about, everyone does... may be its your voice, or your jokes or may be even the spiderman comics.
4. once you are out of the dumps and doing well at your job, then start looking out of possible places you could meet a woman.. may a gym or a bar or work place or a photography club or church or where ever....may be your friends or family could help you look for someone...
5. be confident and ask her out.. the chances of her saying no will be high, keep trying until that special some sees beyond the fatness, baldness and bung eyedness. I am sure yu will find happiness :)

You seem like a person who isn't going to change, but here's some advice anyway...
Run with what you know are your strengths... being fat, bald and bung eyed. Push those qualities... and maybe get a job you bum... or find a girl who is content with you not having a job....

In all seriousness, though, dude, it sounds like you need to start by improving your self-esteem. Stop looking at yourself in terms of your weaknesses. Find something you're good at. Self-respect will go a long way in earning others' respect.

i got a girl, and i'm cross-eyed with a huge cateract, acording to my girl; women see handsomeness in men a lot differently than than men see beauty in women, so there is bound to be a woman out there who too likes to collect comics and finds you not completly hidious. hey, it worked for me.
