For just assembly? A few hours. I know that it takes 4 hours to assemble a Freightliner semi. If you are talking about the manufacturing that goes into it than it is a couple of weeks per vehicle. All the components are machined, cast, painted and subassembled and readied for the assembly line then they are all put together on the line in a short amount of time.

Oh I forget. I toured a Hyandai plant several years ago. I think it would be model specific, but most likely one batch of cars per shift. Possibly 8 hours? But it looks like the Cadillac STS takes about 20 hours, according to a study.
